App crashes near end of indoor tour

I recently finished an indoor tour. It works on the Web based preview but I’ve downloaded as Publisher and sent a voucher to a few friends for testing and, for all of us, the app is crashing with 3 to 4 locations left to view.

That means, in the tour you can swipe through the images at the top of the screen and when you get to location 35 the screen goes blank and then you’re on your home page and have to reopen VoiceMap. Alternately, you can go through each location one at a time (using the skip button) and it crashes at the same location.

Has anyone else experienced this?

Hi Ryan, our developers are looking into this. I’ve shared the video you sent me and they’re investigating the issue. I’ll let you know as soon as we have an update.
