Hi all, as the title suggests, the monthly breakdown for sales and royalties shows individual data when one hovers over a bar in the chart (I have 8 tours so eight colors in the bar chart). There used to be a grand total amount on hover with a popup for all the tours and their sales but that is gone now? Can we have the sales and royalty grand totals back again?
Hi @clive – This is the result of an upgrade to the library we use to display these charts. They were broken for some publishers, especially those with a lot of tours. We’ll take a look at bringing the total back. It should be straightforward enough.
In the meantime, there’s obviously the Y axis with a total you can eyeball, and you can also download a CSV to get the exact total.

Obviously its not a big issue I was just wondering where the grand total has gone… For someone with dozens of tours it might be a bit odd hovering over all the individual ones in a column but yes the Y axis works as well…

Agree with Clive. Running monthly total of downloads was the figure I checked most often. Perhaps you could make it visible even without having to roll over column and to bottom of list. Thanks!

Agree with Clive and Tom it was nice to see the monthly total. Separately, and again not a big deal, but on a mobile I don’t get any of the stats showing at all:

I’m actually surprised to hear you’re all looking at your sales charts on mobile. We didn’t ever design the dashboard to be mobile friendly so the fact that it worked was a coincidence. We are looking at how we can offer a trimmed-down dashboard specifically for mobile, or built into the app itself. But this is still in its early stages. In the meantime, we’ll see if we can make the chart work on mobile.
