Welcome to the VoiceMap Publisher Forum!

This is a space for existing and new publishers to connect with fellow publishers and the VoiceMap team, ask questions, share tips, troubleshoot challenges, and learn from each other’s experiences. You’ll also find all the latest updates to the app, Mapmaker, and other publishing tools here.

Whether you’re just getting started or you’ve been creating tours for years, this community is here to support you. Jump in, ask questions, share what you’ve learned, and let’s find new ways to get more people listening to your tours.

Forum Housekeeping

A few guidelines to keep the forum useful and welcoming for everyone:

  • Use your VoiceMap email – Log in with the email address linked to your VoiceMap account so we can verify you’re a publisher.
  • Add a profile picture and use your name – Help other publishers recognise you by adding a photo and including your real name in your username.
  • Search before you post – Someone might have already asked your question. Use the search function to check existing threads first.
  • Use clear titles – “Help with audio editing” is more useful than “Question.”
  • Be respectful – We’re all here to help each other. Disagree if you need to, but keep it constructive.
  • No spam – This isn’t the place for unrelated promotions or off-topic marketing.
  • Report issues – If you see something that breaks these guidelines or doesn’t feel right, flag it or contact me directly.
