I wonder what usual refund policies are for audio tours. I am leaning towards no refund but seems rather customer unfriendly…
We have a no-refunds policy on TripAdvisor. That said, we do make exceptions and provide customers with full or partial refunds. We decide this on a case by case basis and haven’t had any complaints about the policy.
We also make it clear to customers that they can enjoy the tour virtually and on location even if their travel date is months from now.
