Hi All & VM, A suggestion here that tour reviews be sorted so that our written reviews appear first before the ones that are just star ratings, or just let the latter add up in the overall ratings graph like amazon, google or trustpilot. For instance, with a Relevant sort the tour I produced (http://voicemap.me/highgate) has a couple of written reviews to start and then a load of star ratings before some really nice written reviews at the end, so those only appear if one scrolls down and clicks View More twice which very few people will do. Under a Recent sort it’s a bit better but you still need 2 x View Mores to see all the written reviews. Would other producers like to see a sorting system where users only need to scroll through the written reviews?
