Hello, I m having difficulty uploading my own audio files to a tour I am creating. Is this option only available for ceratin subscriptions? Thank you

Thanks for getting in touch. Uploading audio files is one of the last steps in the tour publishing process, which is outlined here: https://docs.voicemap.me/tour-publishers/our-audio-tour-publishing-process/
Most publishers require audio editing and mixing by us, so we’ll upload the audio for you once it’s complete. The exceptions are if you do your own audio editing and mixing, and if you are creating a private sandbox tour for yourself or to test a proof of concept. I would recommend getting in touch with your editor so they can provide you further information regarding what you have in mind.
