Viator partner sites repackage the tours with lots of mistakes

I was googling my tour of Harlem, New York and found it on quite a few different sites with lots of errors and misleading information.

For example, Expedia and Mindtrip place the tour of Harlem in Lisbon, Portugal.

Tiket.com places it in New York (incorrect location on the map) but includes Lifetime access to Contemporary Lisbon: Park of Nations tour with the tour.

Agoda also gives completely wrong info describing some other tour. Apparently somebody couldn’t download it properly from this site earning the tour 1 star review.

The list goes on. I’m wondering whether this is just an isolated and unusual occurrence or whether other tour creators have encountered similar problems.

Also, is there any way to fix this mess—or at least have the tour removed from sites that display incorrect information?

This sometimes happens, but we’ve never seen it to this extent. I did reach out to Viator supplier support, but the help they were able to provide was extremely limited. As such, we’ve deactivated the listing. It may take some time before their partner channels have active redirects.

We’ll relist it in a few weeks on a secondary account that we’re starting on Viator. This is still being set up. This secondary account will largely be for new tours only, but where possible, we’ll relist deactivated products.

You can check again, I think the problem may come from other causes, for example the language after translation. Since the professional supplier/operator would clearly understand the products and services
