When will the new feedback categories show up on my dashboard?

The granular feedback categories are live! Each one will appear on your dashboard once it has received more than five responses. Since we need enough data to provide meaningful insights, the more feedback your tour gets, the sooner all five categories will be visible.

We picked the categories based on what makes the perfect audio tour. They’re designed to help you understand what listeners love about your tours – and where you can improve.

When listeners leave a review, they can give a thumbs-up or thumbs-down in each category. They can also click “Learn More” to explore additional questions for deeper insights.

  • Sense of Place – Was this tour immersive? Or could it be a podcast?
  • Navigation – Was it easy to follow directions without looking at the map?
  • Production Quality – Were you happy with the script, voice over and sound design?
  • Depth of Information – Was the content of the tour detailed enough?
  • Route – Did the route go off the beaten track to a few surprises?
